Databuckets
Peoplegeist stores the problem reports and repair comments in "databuckets".
You can create any number of databuckets. The recommendation is to open one database per line.
It is also possible to open only one databucket for the whole company. The disadvantage of this is that you have to filter more with each query. If the knowledge is already pre-grouped per line or per plant, it can be accessed more easily.
No matter how the databuckets are structured, you can always select multiple databuckets if you want to run a cross-line analysis (e.g. All labellers from all lines).
The databuckets should be preconfigured by Peoplegeist support.
Import knowledge CSV/XLSX - CMMS/MES API
To import new logs, go to "Databuckets".
Find the right databucket and select the "Upload" icon (1).
On the next screen, several import options are displayed.
CSV Excel import
CSV/Excel is the first option. When uploading for the first time, you have to specify which column in Excel contains the comments.
This column configuration is saved and reused on the next upload.
This should be preset by the support and will also be gladly taken care of by the support.
CMMS/MES Integration
Peoplegeist can access well-known CMMS/MES systems and download the maintenance orders directly.
CMMS/MES integrations are subject to a fee.
Contact support for pricing and enabling an integration.
Peoplegeist API
In addition to the CMMS/MES integrations, there is also Peoplegeist's own API.
The use of the Peoplegeist API (4th option in the screenshot) is included in your subscription.

Support will be happy to help you use this option.
