Meet our updated dashboard and analysis capabilities. We have greatly improved our dashboard and analysis functions based on feedback and observations how peoplegeist is used by practitioners.
The main updates are:
- Analysis has new comparison of current vs past performance
- Dashboard: More metrics and charting options
Analysis: Focus on repeaters
It’s now much easier to see improvements over time and identify long running during analysis.
By comparing different time periods you can identify:
- Which issues are “one-offs” vs recurring over a long time period
- Have you improved since the last analysis window
Select two different time periods to compare.
See the pareto charts for both time periods overlayed on top of each other, allowing to quickly understand the situation visually.
Dashboard metrics
Dashboads have seen the biggest improvement. You can track now various metrics:
- Incidents
- Total Downtime
- MTBF (new)
- MTTR (new)
- % of stops with full documentation. (new)
- Machine Availability (new, if data is imported)
% of stops with full documentation is a most requested metric. You can see the percentage of stops that have a documented solution. This gives transparency to the whole team how there documentation efforts are going.
The new charting options are make it easy to see trends and allow you to do split the data by any dimension available: by Machine, by Line, by Product, by Configuration, …
You can now easily configure your top-loss charts and have preset charts for your focus machines, ready for review in the team.
