Overview Navigation and Functions

 

Directly after the login you should see a view similar to this:

 

The menu opens on the left

  1. Databucket
    The text comments are loaded into databucket-databases. Support should have already created the corresponding databases for you.
    We recommend opening one database per line.

  2. Dashboard
    Here you can create charts for stakeholders and team members.

  3. Kanban board
    Actions and measures can be tracked within the team.

  4. Analysis
    Ad-hoc analysis of comments

  5. Team history
    Search your history. See when the problem last occurred and what was done

  6. Settings
    Control and activate functions, invite new employees, customize logo, etc.

  7. Change language
  8. Switch between dark/light screen


Depending on access rights and subscription scope, not all functions may be displayed.
